Yes, Word has its own date format settings, per language, according to the language of the text in the document as recognized by Word or as set by the user.

The way to access these settings depends on Word version (and user interface language, which affects the keyboard shortcuts). In Word 2013, English, select the INSERT tab and click on the Date and Time icon in the Text group. (If the Word window is not wide enough, the icon appears without the accompanying text.) It opens a Date and Time window where you can set the format, for the language used.
The format of the date inserted depends on the language in the spellcheck. You can change this language in the Review tab->Language->Set Proofing Language. Here are a few examples of the output in different languages:
- English (Unites States):
3/8/2017
- Swedish:
2017-03-08
- French:
08/03/2017
These formats are the ones that are commonly used in each language. Kaisi yeh judai hai falak mp3 song free download. So it seems that your spell checker in Word is in English and your system is in a language that formats dates in the same way as in Swedish. If you're writing a document in English, it's probably best to format dates like in English, and if you're not, you should change the spellcheck language. However, if you really want to write in English and use the 2017-03-08
format, you can temporarily change the spell checker to a language that uses that format (for example Swedish) and then changing it back to English after having inserted the date won't change the date format.
If you want to change the way the date is formatted in a certain language, you can go to the Insert tab->Date and time. Then a window will pop up with a list of ways to format dates and times in that language:
To set one as default, pick one and click on the Default button. When you've done that, that format will be used every time you insert a date using Shift+Alt+D. You can also insert a date or time in a specific format without using it as default by pressing OK. When you set the default for one language, it won't change anything for the other languages.
You can also change the language in which it's formatted by selecting another language in the Language list on the right. Descargar dlc de batman arkham city xbox 360 rgh. However this will also change the language of the spell checker, but as I said, changing the language back after inserting the date won't change the date format.
To summarize, here is what you should do to solve your problem:
- Change the spellcheck language to Swedish or any other language that uses the
2017-03-08
format. - Insert a date by pressing Shift+Alt+D.
- Change the spellcheck language back to English or whatever language you're writing in.

This extension is based on ProjectLibre, an open source SW compared to Microsoft Project, which it closely emulates, ProjectLibre has a similar user interface (UI) including a ribbon-style menu, and a similar approach to construction of a project plan: create an indented task list or work breakdown structure (WBS), set durations, create links (either by (a) mouse drag, (b) selection and then button-down, or (c) manually type in the 'predecessor' column), assign resources. The columns (fields) look the same as for Microsoft Project. Costing features are comparable: labour, hourly rate, material usage, and fixed costs: these are all provided.
It gets often asked how to change the ProjectLibre language interface, date format or currency. How to change Language, Date Format and Currency in ProjectLibre
Windows OS
How to change:
Interface Language (e.g. from Italian to English)
Date format (e.g. mm/dd/yy → dd/mm/yy)
Coin Type (e.g. $ → €)
Following two solutions, the second one (B) is a bit more complex then the first one (A) but
more flexible:
A) Create a projectlibre.conf file
1. Create a new directory in your User folder:
e.g. C:UsersYOUR_USER_NAME.projectlibre (note the . before projectlibre).
2. In the new directory create(*) a text file called 'projectlibre.conf' (must be real a '.conf'
file or it will not work).
3. As administrator edit the file and insert the string “locale=en” (without the quotes)
4. Save changes.
This method changes AT ONCE the interface language, coin type and date format
according to chosen the language setting.
(*)Alternatively you can copy a .conf file from an other directory and paste it in the new .projectlibre one. If so
remember to cancel all the previous .conf file contents
B) If you are MacOS or Linux users we suggest using the first option but for WIndows users use the java launcher option settings:
1. Navigate to your installation directory, lets say C:Program Files(x86)ProjectLibre
2. Open, as administrator, in Notepad the 'projectlibre.bat' file and change the string:
- from: java -Xms128m -Xmx768m -jar projectlibre.jar
- to the following (note the two lines):
@echo off
java -Xms128m -Xmx768m -Duser.language=en -Duser.country=AU -jar projectlibre.jar
3. Save changes.
You now have set an English language interface, dd/mm/yy date format and $ as coin type.
IMPORTANT: In order to work correctly you have to click the projectlibre.bat file and NOT the
Microsoft Project Libre
projectlibre.exe (or the previous desktop link to the exe file) file anymore.
