WaveBurner was a Mac OS X professional application (proapp) bundled with Logic Studio for assembling, mastering, and burning audio CDs. Audio CDs created with WaveBurner could be played back on any audio CD player, and could be used as premasters to produce CDs in large numbers for possible distribution.

Waveburner Mac
Emagic's Waveburner Pro is just such a thing. It's a Mac only application that is used for compiling and burning CD's to the Red book standard which can then be used as production masters. WaveBurner is an application that lets you assemble, master, and burn audio CDs using a SuperDrive or CD burner supported by Mac OS X. Audio CDs created with WaveBurner can be played back on any audio CD player, and can be used as premasters to produce CDs in quantity. WaveBurner supports all Red Book options for CD audio data storage. WaveBurner is/was a Mac OS X professional application bundled with Logic Studio. I don't know if this is being blindly updated or renewed for legal purposes unknown or if this app is going to make.
