What is your Outook for Mac version 2011 or 2016? On your menu bar, click Outlook, Click About Outlook. Check if you haven't selected U.S. Holidays when you create a new appointment. If you don't want U.S. Holidays calendar, you can simply remove by right click and then Delete. Click Calendar Icon in lower left corner; In the left side bar Right Click the calendar you want to share, then click Properties. Click the Permissions tab; Click Add to add permissions for a new user, or click the name of the existing user in the list to change their current permissions. To add custom holidays to Outlook calendar, do the following: 1. Open the outlook.hol file (after first making a safe copy of it somewhere else): For example, it can be here: C: Program Files (x86) Microsoft Office root Office16 1033 outlook.hol. Schedule (Invite) a Resource
The default setting is that anyone using Exchange Calendar can schedule a resource. However, the owner can change this so that, when someone includes the resource as an invitee to a meeting, the owner (or someone delegated by the owner) approves or denies the request.

- When creating a meeting proposal, 'invite' the resource by adding them the same way you would add a person.
- Once you've added the resource to your invitation, review its free/busy time on the Scheduling tab, just like you would for the people you've invited.
Resource Accounts do not allow scheduling conflicts; that is, if the resource already has an event scheduled for a particular time, no one else can 'invite' the resource to another event.

In order to view a Resource Account's calendar directly, like you'd view your own calendar, the owner (or someone delegated by the owner) must give you access permissions.
- If the resource owner has granted you viewing or editing permissions, you can open the resource's calendar in the same way that you'd view a shared personal calendar.
How to Change the Settings for a Resource
Only the owner (or someone delegated by the owner) can adjust the settings for a resource.
- Configure how the resource can be scheduled, including
- Automatic scheduling vs. request to schedule
- Maximum meeting length
- Whether recurring meetings are allowed
- Various privacy settings
Something that has been bugging myself, as well as many of you, seems to be the fact that Windows Phone automatically displays US Holidays with no obvious way to change it. Well I have found a way, and will split it up into the PC component and the Phone component.
Note: This will require a Microsoft Account and a Google Account. Only tested on a WP8 device.
PC
First up. Ableton live max packs. log into your Microsoft Account and get to the calendar. (If using Outlook UI, click drop down arrow next to Outlook, then calendar. If using Hotmail, click Hotmail then Calendar). Click the subscribe hyperlink and leave it there.
In a new tab or window, log in to your google account, and go into Calendar. Click settings gear, then Settings. Select the Calendar hyperlink below the search box, and there should be an auto-configured calendar for your country towards the bottom. Click the appropriate calendar and it will open a new page with some options to edit. There is a calendar graphic located in the centre, with three small rectangle boxes below. Right click ical, and copy the link.
We now move back to Hotmail/Outlook, and paste this into the Calendar URL box. You can name this whatever you want, but I kept it the same as Google Calendar name. Hit save. Go back to the calendar to confirm it worked. Now you can close the windows/tabs if all went according to plan.

Nokia Lumia (or any Windows Phone )
Sync your mail for the account you just added the Calendar to. This will update the calendar entries in your phone. Now go to the Calendar app, press the … in the bottom right corner, then Settings. You should now see the new calendar in this list, and can enable it if you need to. This will allow you to have the correct holidays for your country/region appear on the lock screen.
